Even though Hungary joined the European Union in 2004, there are still very serious Human Rights problems.

This just happened some days ago:

“A mental patient suffocated after being tied with a T-shirt to a radiator at a sanitarium in Baranya County on November 1. The 44-year-old woman disturbed other patients at night, so a caregiver decided to restrain her by pulling a T-shirt through her diaper and tying it to a radiator railing. Her death was caused by breathing and circulatory failure brought on by the tightness of the diaper. Police are investigating. The name of the institution was not given.” - http://www.pestiside.hu/
